The addons are there, but they must have changed their scheme or something because WUU cant find them anymore. I look and see that the overhauled the site. I can't vouch that it's otherwise safe, but I dislike that part alone. So, I use WUU to update my addons because I play on both Linux and Windows and discovered yesterday that addons from WoWInterface couldnt be found on the site. I haven't used WowMatrix, but from what I gather it tries to update from all the available addon sites at once.
